All products will be charged with the core charge included (if applicable), which will be refunded once we receive your core. If you would like to ship your core before ordering to avoid the core charge please contact us, as this will be handle on a case by case basis.

Every piece of chrome sold by Moreschi Motorsports is carefully inspected by our quality control team before shipping to a customer.

In regard to chrome imperfections, dimples, or metal pitting: Chroming a part adds only a cosmetic finish. We do not refabricate, recondition, restructure, or otherwise restore the base metal. All of our chroming is done on a best-effort basis. Even though we are a quality leader in the motorcycle chroming business, it is impossible to guarantee perfect results. The finished results depend on many factors, including but not limited to the age, care and general condition of the pieces themselves. Please keep in mind the chrome plating will be new, however, customer's expectations of a chromed piece can be unrealistic since the chrome plating reflects ANY AND ALL imperfections in the base material of the piece.

If you receive a damaged piece, you MUST notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. All packages are insured when mailed. If an item is damaged during shipment, we will file a claim with the shipper, please keep ALL PACKAGING IF THIS OCCURS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE INCURRED AFTER THE PACKAGE IS OPENED DUE TO CUSTOMER MISHANDLING, DROPPING OR OVERTIGHTENING DURING INSTALLATION. IF OVERTIGHTENING OCCURS DURING INSTALLATION, THE CHROME WILL CRACK.
